I've been a fan of TED talks for a while now. The topics are varied and given by a diverse group of individuals…from Elizabeth Gilbert (author, Eat, Pray, Love) to Bill Gates. This particular talk is given by Nigel Marsh, the author of Fat, Forty and Fired, and discusses the difficulties of achieving work/life balance.
